Our students showcase their work at the IGC GCC and Dennis Dean symposia!

James (top picture) recently presented his work on mosquito plant inetractions at the IGC GCC symposium. Helle, Katelyn and Gavyn (co-mentored with Gill Eastwood) (bottom picture) represented their work at the Dennis Dean Undergraduate Research Symposium. Helle presented on thermal biology in Culex mosquitoes (a collaborative project with Megan Fritz at UMD) while Katelyn presented on the impact of fluid mosquito feeding performance. Gavyn presented his work on mosquito borne diseases prevalence in Virginia. Well done team!!
